The Irish Stammering Association is a registered Charity founded in 1994 to provide information and support to stammerers and to educate parents, teachers and the general public.

Our aims include

Seeking better help for both children and adults who stammer
Arranging "Open Days" throughout the country
Producing a newsletter twice yearly
Giving advice to members and the general public
Researching into stammering
Providing specialist training for students and therapist
Disseminating information to professionals in the field of health
Setting up self-help groups for adults who stammer
Books and Videos are available for use to members.
