The Meningitis Trust is an international charity with a strong community focus, fighting meningitis through the provision of support, education & awareness and research.

  Home Visiting service (UK only)
  Raising awareness about meningitis is the only way to protect communities in the absence of effective vaccines and our campaigning work reaches all age groups, from the under 5’s, to university students, to the over 55’s.

  Yet funding medical research into life saving vaccines, treatments and the effects of meningitis remain a key aim for the Meningitis Trust. Since 1986 grants totalling over £4 million have been awarded for funding research into all aspects of the disease. The Trust became a member of the Association of Medical Research Charities (AMRC) www.amrc.org.uk in 1999.
