Description

Action Prostate Cancer, was launched on Monday 3rd April. It's aim is to become the leading provider of prostate cancer information and support in Ireland. APC incorporates the Prostate Cancer Information Service which is staffed by specialist cancer nurses and which provides expert information, support and advice to those affected by prostate cancer and those who care for them.
Services
The Irish Cancer Society Prostate Cancer Information Service offers free, confidential advice, support and information to anyone worried about any aspect of prostate cancer prevention, early detection, diagnosis, treatment or follow-on care. Through the Prostate Cancer Information Service, people can access peer support via Men Against Cancer (MAC), other patient support groups and counselling services.
